Day Six: Better Dayz

Today was much better , at least exercise wise ! Water intake was okay too but I couldn’t seem to eat all my meals . I’ll be more structured this new week with post and try to meal prep food that I actually like enough to eat throughout the week. Low-carb is my goal for the next two weeks!

Today I did HIIT and Arms so that made up from missing yesterday’s workout.

For whoever is reading this, keep going ! Don’t let one slip up take you off course . It’s a lifestyle change and some days it won’t always be easy. But it’ll be worth it.
