Today In A Nutshell:

Meals: Ate 5 out of 6 | Breakfast , Lunch, Dinner & 2 Snacks!

Calories + Macros: Ate less than 800 calories. Will try to aim for 1,000.  Uber close to my protein goal ! And I stayed under my 50g of carbs !

Protein: 90 of 100g

Carbs: 21 of 50g

Water Intake: 175oz. of 256oz. 

Exercises: Did a bit of the HIIT Advanced.
